Notice for Launching of Online Service of One Stop Service Center

Dear students and staff,
We are happy to announce that the Online Service of One Stop Service Center is officially launched today. Open to all students, faculty and staff, this is an online platform providing online access to handling various business. When a service is applied on the platform, it would be handled, reviewed, and approved by related departments of the University. Please find the details as follows:
Ⅰ. Current Services
Three types of services including 7 items are provided:

With the continuous development of the Center, more service including student affairs, academic registry service and logistics service will be added to the Online platform (updates will come up when ready), to make our on-campus life more convenient and effective.
Ⅱ. Service Guide
- Login Methods
- Method 1: Click the link https://onestop-online.hkust-gz.edu.cn/ to access the One Stop Online Service.
- Method 2: Go to the official website of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), click "myPortal", log in to your personal account, select "One Stop Online Service" to access the One Stop Online Service.
- Operation Guide
- Step 1: Log in to your personal account.
- Step 2: Browse the home page for all services provided.
- Step 3: Click the required service to enter the application page (take "Campus Card Reporting Loss/Replacement" as an example).
- Step 4: Unfold "Service Description" and "Handling Procedures" to view specific information and progress of the service.
- Step 5: Input the information and upload files required in the "Application Form", then click "Apply" at the bottom to complete the application.
- Step 6: View "In-process Items", "Completed Items" and "Phased Items" in “My Application”, and unfold "Handling Details" to check the progress.
Ⅲ. Others
Meanwhile, One Stop Service Center continues to provide offline services, including enquiries, business handling, complaints collection, exit and entry service, and lost & found service.
