The group of Lost and Found on SERVICE CENTER
The group of Lost and Found on SERVICE CENTER is open to all students and staff now, it aims to help you find your lost belongings back. You can share lost or found information in this group. Found items will be categorized and posted on CENTER immediately for you to check.
You can visit the Lost and Found system and use your university’s account to log in.
If you find your lost item on the group, you can collect it from The CENTER (ONE STOP SERVICE CENTER) or contact the Picker directly. Valid ID is required (e.g. University Card). The property will not be released to anyone without a valid ID. Staff or the picker will also ask certain questions to confirm if you are the owner.
If you did not find your lost item on the group, you can report it in Lost and Found system as well and waiting for approaching when your item is returned.
If items that can be identified (e.g. University Card) are returned to The CENTER, we will email you or call you to collect.
The CENTER retains unclaimed found items for up to six months before disposal. Unclaimed found items will be disposed according to the University Policy on Lost & Found.
