一站式线上服务平台服务指南

Ⅰ. Services Provided:

  1. Enquiries and business Service: handle enquiries on general information, policies and regulations, business process, and service guide.
    • Counter 6: IT-related services enquiries and handling (including software and hardware)
    • Counter 7: Logistic services enquiries and handling (including financial and human resource services, asset management, project and maintenance, campus management, and security services)
    • Counter 8: Student affairs-related enquiries and business handling
  2. Complaint and Feedback Service: collect any complaints, feedback and other information from teachers and students about the university.
  3. Lost and Found Service.

Ⅱ. Eligibility:

All students, staff and staff dependents

Ⅲ. Opening Hours:

  • For service category 1 to 3: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

IV. Service Booking:

On-site Ticket Dispenser: Follow the instruction and take a number at the ticket dispenser.

Online Service Booking: Please note that online booking is required one day in advance due to the limited number resource. （Temporarily closed)

Method 1: Click the link https://onestop.hkust-gz.edu.cn/tp_shp/appointment/wx/deptlist, log in to your personal account to enter the "One-Stop Online Service Platform" booking system, and select the corresponding service and time slot.

Method 2: Go to the official website of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), click "myPortal" in the upper left corner, log in to your personal account, select "One-Stop Online Service Platform" to enter the booking system, and select the corresponding service and time slot.

Ⅴ. Check-in:

Both offline and online services require check-in which can be done by taking a number at the on-site ticket dispenser. （Temporarily closed)
