机房出入申请

为规范香港科技大学(广州)数据中心人员、货物出入的申请流程,请按本流程进行申请。
香港科技大学(广州)数据中心管理规定
一、未经授权人员禁止进入机房。
二、外来人员进入机房施工/维护前,须由学校教职工在钉钉填写《数据中心出入申请表》,审批通过后由机房管理人员陪同进入机房。进入机房后应遵守机房管理制度并听从机房管理人员指导。
三、参观人员须事先联系,得到批准后,才能在机房人员陪同下出入数据中心。
四、进入机房不得携带任何易燃、易爆、腐蚀性、强电磁、辐射性、流体物质等对设备正常运行构成威胁的物品。
五、数据中心机房提供物理服务器托管服务,根据设备占用机柜的空间资源与使用的IP资源等进行收费,具体根据学校批准的收费标准执行。用户按要求通过钉钉OA审批流程填写《服务器托管申请表》,审批通过后,由机房管理人员协助设备上架。
六、托管设备原则上仅限于教学、科研和学术相关用途,不得用于商业或盈利用途。
七、数据中心机房只接收机架式服务器托管业务,所有设备必须要配备相应上架配件,如导轨等;不接收台式机、刀片服务器、塔式服务器、兼容机及其他无法在标准机柜内上架的设备。
八、用户应自行负责日常的设备操作以及维护,相关人员出入机房维护设备,只可对各自设备进行操作,不得触动其他设备。
九、用户应自行做好数据备份、账号安全、信息安全等管理工作,对账号安全、数据备份、信息安全等负责。
十、外来人员离开机房前,需清理好现场,经机房管理人员现场核验后方可在机房管理人员陪同下离开机房。
十一、如有违反上述规定或不配合相关工作的,机房管理人员有权要求其立即离开机房,并视情节轻重采取相应措施。
Data Center Management Regulations
1.Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the equipment room.
2.External personnel requiring access for construction/maintenance must have a school staff member submit a Data Center Access Application Form via DingTalk prior to entry. Approved applicants shall be accompanied by data center administrators during their visit and must comply with facility regulations and follow administrator instructions.
3.Visitors must obtain prior approval through official channels before being escorted into the data center by authorized personnel.
4.The following items are prohibited in equipment rooms: flammable materials, explosives, corrosive substances, strong electromagnetic/radiative devices, fluid substances, or any objects threatening normal equipment operation.
5.The data center provides physical server hosting services with fees calculated based on occupied rack space and IP resources consumed, per university-approved standards. Users must complete a Server Hosting Application Form via DingTalk OA approval process before installation assistance will be provided by administrators.
6.Hosted equipment shall exclusively serve teaching, research,and academic purposes.Commercial or profit-driven uses are strictly forbidden.
7.The data center only accepts standard rack-mounted servers requiring proper mounting accessories(e.g.,rails).Desktop PCs blade servers tower servers,and non-standard rack-compatible devices will not be accepted.
8.Uers bear full responsibility for routine operations and maintenance of hosted equipment.Authorized maintenance personnel may only operate their designated devices without interfering with others'.
9.Usera re required to independently manage databackups account securityand information safety assuming full responsibility for these aspects.
10.Before departure external personnel must clean workspaces undergo onsite verification by administratorsand exit under escort.
11.Violations of these regulationsor refusal to cooperate may result in immediate expulsion from facilities followed by appropriate disciplinary actions based on severity.
