注意事项：

1、海报尺寸不得超过宽78cm*高120cm。

2、海报须注明指导教师、联系方式、张贴时间及结束时间。

3、张贴注意事项：

（1）为保证宣传栏的整洁与使用寿命，张贴海报时不要使用常规背胶、双面胶、泡沫胶等高粘性的胶类，建议使用透明胶等可移背胶并在7天内清除，减少胶印残留；

（2）张贴方式：不要整面粘贴，可选取四边等部分点位张贴，可使用美纹胶、布基胶等作为底胶，再将海报的背胶进行叠贴；

（3）每张海报张贴时须贴在所借用宣传栏的对应位置上，不可乱贴，不可超出宣传栏，且需注意不可占用两个或多个海报位。

4、请严格按照申请区域及展示时间进行张贴/摆放。

5、宣传品摆放须避开消防疏散通道、安全出口，布置时应预留足够通道或空间用于紧急疏散。

1、The poster size must not exceed 78 cm in width and 120 cm in height.

2、The poster must indicate the name of the supervisor, contact information, posting time, and end time.

3、Precautions for posting printed promotional materials:

(1) To ensure the cleanliness and longevity of bulletin boards, do not use high-adhesive materials such as conventional adhesives, double-sided tape, or foam glue when posting posters. It is recommended to use removable adhesives, such as transparent tape, which should be removed within seven days to minimize adhesive residue. 

(2) Posting method: Do not affix the entire surface; instead, select points on the four edges for attachment. Base adhesives such as masking tape or cloth tape may be used, with the poster's adhesive applied on top.

(3) Each poster must be placed in the designated location of the borrowed bulletin board and must not be posted randomly, ensuring that it does not occupy two or more

poster spaces.

4、Please strictly adhere to the designated area and display time for posting or placement.

5、Promotional materials must avoid obstructing fire evacuation routes and emergency exits，and sufficient pathways or space should be reserved for emergency evacuation.
