一站式师生服务中心服务指南

Ⅰ. Services Provided:
- Enquiries and business Service: handle enquiries on general information, policies and regulations, business process, and service guide.
- Counter 6: IT-related services enquiries and handling (including software and hardware)
- Counter 7: Logistic services enquiries and handling (including financial and human resource services, asset management, project and maintenance, campus management, and security services)
- Counter 8: Student affairs-related enquiries and business handling
- Complaint and Feedback Service: collect any complaints, feedback and other information from teachers and students about the university.
- Lost and Found Service.
Ⅱ. Eligibility:
All students, staff and staff dependents
Ⅲ. Opening Hours:
- For service category 1 to 3: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
IV. Service Booking:
On-site Ticket Dispenser: Follow the instruction and take a number at the ticket dispenser.
Online Service Booking: Please note that online booking is required one day in advance due to the limited number resource. (Temporarily closed)
Method 1: Click the link https://onestop.hkust-gz.edu.cn/tp_shp/appointment/wx/deptlist, log in to your personal account to enter the "One Stop Service Center" booking system, and select the corresponding service and time slot.
Method 2: Go to the official website of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), click "myPortal" in the upper left corner, log in to your personal account, select "One Stop Service Center" to enter the booking system, and select the corresponding service and time slot.
Ⅴ. Check-in:
Both offline and online services require check-in which can be done by taking a number at the on-site ticket dispenser. (Temporarily closed)
